Let's talk about AI prompts.

Most PPC managers using AI chat tend to get a really good outcome or result and and then they close the tab and they write the whole thing from scratch again the following week.

That is a very time expensive habit.

so I'll show you how to avoid that with a prompt library and Opteo AI.

Okay.

This is The AI chat workspace In Opteo, you've got two ways to start a chat.

You can either start from a brand new chat session or head to the prompt library and use a saved prompt.

So save prompts are the time hack because they let you take a prompt that you've built and run it one click across any ad account you manage.

Those repeatable PPC tasks, that's exactly what they're built for.

Here's a really good example.

In my last three sessions, I've asked Chat to run a weekly performance review.

I literally sat down and rewrote this prompt three different times, always wanting the same outcome because it's something I do every single week.

So enough's enough.

I'm not gonna retype it again.

I'm gonna spend two minutes just building a saved prompt that I can reuse.

my two recommendations for building prompts are using AI and using a speech to text tool.

Either way the goal is to just brain dump exactly what you want.

could, just every detail you can think of.

Don't worry too much about missing something or gaps.

Just a brain dump is great enough for the AI to start with.

So I've got my brain dump here and I'm going to ask Chat to turn this into a clean reusable saved prompt Lovely.

So here it's giving me the saved prompt, ready to go.

So I'm just going to copy this, head over to the prompt library and, we'll create our first saved prompt.

up.

So hit create prompt top right and we can set this up.

Let's give it a title.

You can use the icons and colors to help organize your prompts.

And then there's two options to save it.

Save prompts is user level, so this is private to you.

Personal prompts that you want to repeat.

And if you're an admin in Opteo, you can create team prompts.

Team prompts are great if you spent a lot of time on a prompt and you want to pass it on to your team.

Or if you've got team members who are newer to AI, they don't know where to start.

or perhaps if you're a bigger organization and you want to standardize how the teams work, prompts that have been tested, that produce the right output, that become part of your standard operating procedures, maybe someone more confident AI builds them out and everyone else just runs them.

Paste the prompt in here and hit create.

And we're ready to go.

And now this is ready to go across any of my ad accounts.

Another example, morning stand up prep before a Monday morning call or a meeting where you need to get a read across the accounts you manage.

But you don't want to spend 20 minutes preparing for the meeting.

You want to spend 20 minutes doing some actual work.

Save this prompt, While you make your coffee and get ready for the day, this is going to get your stand up preparation done for you.

and this one specifically for meta.

The creative fatigue check knowing when to swap out ad creative is one of those tasks that's really easy to miss until it's too late and you're running something that's very tired.

You could create a prompt that flags the ads that, are at risk of ad fatigue so you know which ones to swap out.

so you can spend less time trying to diagnose where the problem is and more time thinking about which new creative you might create to slot in its place.
