My name is Bart Puszko and I'm the founder and principal of Blue Seas AI.

And we help law firms with building AI systems for document processing, compliance, lead generation, lead nurturing.

and today I wanted to show you an AI system called Scribe AI which does two things.

It takes every phone call that comes into the firm, inbound and outbound, as well as every face to face client consultation that, takes place on the premises.

And it transcribes them using your law firm's brand voice and your services.

And it creates a number of assets.

So it creates a client letter, draft, and it creates an internal file note and it can also copy those two assets into your CRM.

Now we've built this using Smokeball, but it can be done with any law CRM.

So I wanted to show you what this Scribe AI does and how it works.

So this is a dashboard, which just gives you an idea as to what's happening under the hood.

And then I'll show you how it's built.

So what it does is every time you have a face to face client consultation, you have a web app.

The lawyer who's running the meeting logs in, presses start, the meeting is recorded, it's then transcribed using your brand voice.

And then it creates a client letter in this case and an internal file note.

So the client letter is using only legalese language.

There are no assumptions made in there.

Anything that was, said during the conversation.

If it's not something that is recommended legal opinion, it's not in the client letter.

But then it can go into the internal file note, which is obviously an internal way to have a record of the conversation.

Now what it does, it obviously saves a lot of time because you don't need to have a legal assistant or a paralegal if you're the lawyer in the client consultation anymore.

You can just use the web app.

And then obviously there is a dollar figure, as an outcome because we're looking at the amount of hours that you would need to have someone with you in there either writing, taking notes, missing things, which can open your firm up to legal consequences, and then potentially typing up those notes after the meeting.

So as an example, in this case, there's been 148 phone calls that have come in that have been transcribed and have this system, created documents.

And there's been about 26% that are face to face.

Now what we could do is end up with something like this where every lawyer or every user has their own, metrics to see how Many hours they've saved in the month and then a dollar figure on it.

Now let me show you how this looks under the hood.

What it does, as I said, it does two things.

It transcribes the documents using your brand voice and it understands what a legal assistant or paralegal needs to know about your firm in order to create these client letters in your tone, in your messaging format, et cetera.

And the second thing it does is it creates those documents and as I mentioned earlier, it can email them to the lawyer with the drafts of those documents to review and it can also copy them into the CRM, which is really an end to end, seamless done for you system.

So the bottom line is that anywhere from 45 minutes post meeting, there's someone that needs to either transcribe the meeting or you have someone who types it up from, from an audio file.

And so this just helps eliminate a lot of those pain points, a lot of the errors, things that are missed, etc.

And it takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how big and long the recording is, the audio file to create these assets, these documents and have them emailed out.

So it could be anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 minutes to 15 minutes and that's end to end.

So we are seeing savings around $22,000 for one of our clients.

But that depends on how many users you have.

Now as I mentioned before, it captures all the phone calls coming in, going out.

You can set a minimum limit so you can say anything over six minutes.

We'd like it to be ingested into the system.

and then it also looks at the face to face meetings as well.

So it takes both of those sources of communication.

It then does the AI transcription as we said, and it's a full verbatim transcription as I said.

The key decisions identified, the action items, the legal context and then it creates those two assets.

and it could be more documents, this is just an example, creates these documents, as I mentioned, fully customizable using the brand voice, the messaging, the tone, the content.

Now we always want to have a human in the loop just to check this draft.

So using this our system will get you 90% of the way.

And then we would recommend that a paralegal or someone who was in the meeting or the lawyer themselves can review it.

And then they can either just copy it from the template, put it into your company letterhead and send it off.

And then also it can go straight into your CRM over here.

And really, at the end of the day, it's super consistent, it's fast, it doesn't get sick, and it does things the same way each and every time.
