This is where you get a chance to define what are the types of calls that we as an organization or as an individual have.

This does two things.

One, when we're generating scenarios, it gives the AI an understanding of what we're trying to accomplish.

so it can know how to push back or to you know, create pathways for you to accomplish, the sales conversation or Or when it's And when it's also running its analysis or reviewing a sales conversation, it will then say like okay, this is what good looks like.

These right now are all insurance specific, but they do give you an idea of how you can kind of think about what information could be valuable, even down to like props.

If, if the scenario you're running, the person needs some specific information, an address, a credit card number or whatever it is that they need to be able to offer to you, you can, you know, include that in the scenario and you can have some really cool experiences that way.

So you get really creative in terms of the scenarios that you want to build.

and then practice.

Practice is where you actually get to take those scenarios and then run them as a role play.

You get to practice having a conversation.

You get to fumble and stumble over your words.

You get to kind of breathe your script if you will, or breathe the the methodologies or the frameworks or the system that you want to practice.

Especially if there's some conversations that you're a little bit nervous about or that you're, you're struggling to kind of wrap your head around.

Like what are some of the things they're going to ask?

What are the objections that I know that they're going to ask me or offer, but I'm afraid to really tackle them.

You can create those scenarios, and then have AI ask you the hard questions so that you get a chance to practice, saying your response or overcoming that objection or meeting them where they're at and continuing the conversation through discovery, or retention if they're upset and wanting to leave your organization.

That's also valuable to practice.

And so you can generate scenarios.

Analysis is where you get a chance to see all of the sessions that you have, have, have, have done.

But also you can actually upload calls from here, which is kind of cool.

So if you have a live sales call, out in the wild that you want to see how it.

The coach would grade you or prompt you or encourage you to get better based on, on you know, your how again, how you've defined a conversation in the call types to go.

The AI will grade you and we'll give you some feedback on how you can improve and then you can actually turn that call into a scenario that then you get to practice again.

So every time you get off, if you ever get off a call and you're like, I cannot believe I just said that, or I missed that opportunity to land, you know, the, the deal here, or to ask this question, this is your chance to go in and practice it.

basically what you can do is you can, like I said, assign specific scenarios to your team.

That way, if you are a founder and maybe you're stepping out of that sales role and you want your team to get an experience, to kind of help coach and, and, and provide some insight to them as they are practicing their sales conversations, you can create scenarios, that you know they're going to hit.

Once they run it, you can sit down together, review the feedback, have them run it again, and it becomes this iterative process where you get a chance, to help coach them and to level up your entire sales organization.
