Interview Flow AI: Automating Candidate Screening

I am the founder of Interview Flow AI.

In the last couple of years, I have interviewed hundreds of candidates and realized how broken and time consuming the first round of hiring is.

So that's why I built Interview Flow AI.

It's a AI powered interview platform that automates the candidate screening using real time conversational interviews.

So I'm going to show you a quick demo of how the platform works.

After you sign up this is a page where you are going to land on so from here you can start creating your first job.

these are some of the predefined templates that we have.

you can select one of them or can skip and create manually.

And for now we are going to start with the backend developer and the job role is also backendable.

And I'll just quickly copy paste a job description and the requirements.

I'll just add some must have and some nice to have requirements.

And based upon the job description and requirements our AI interviewer is going to conduct the interview.

And based upon the job role that you have selected, we choose some predefined evaluation priorities.

For example it was a backend developer job so the hard skill was high.

And based upon the evaluation priority, REI interviewer is going to conduct the interview and cross question the candidates based upon the priority that you have selected.

if the priority is high then it's going to ask more and more questions related to that thing and cross question the candidates.

If it's slow then it's just going to ask a simple question and then don't follow up.

If the answer is good enough then we support interview right now in four different languages which is English, Hindi, French and Spanish.

For now I'll just select English and then this is some of the things we have like a video required, resume required and portfolio URL.

If the video required is yes, then candidate have to switch on the videos if it will.

If the candidate switches off the video air interviewer is going to give a warning and then leave the call if candidate still doesn't switch up.

If it's no, then it's totally optional and up to candidate if they want the video to be on or not.

Then we have resume required and portfolio required.

these also you can select and when candidate is going to fill the form, these are the fields which are going to come.

Then we have the interview instruction.

If you want a specific tone of voice RA interviewer should speak.

Or if you want first during the interview it should first introduce about the company and take the consent and then move forward.

You can type in all those details here and then the interviewer AI interviewer is going to start the interview based upon the instructions that you have written.

It's a totally optional field.

so I'm just going to leave it empty for now.

Then we have the screening questions.

when you share the job link with the candidates These are the questions which are going to appear to the candidate.

For example I'll just say are you willing to go to a background check?

And the ideal answer is yes.

And this is a must have qualification.

If some candidate choose not to be there and they select no then it's not going to conduct a screening round.

It's just going to show a thank you note and decline the reject the candidate at that stage only.

Are you comfortable with working remotely?

Yes, we have the remote team.

So it answer is also yes.

Then regarding work experience, how many years of experience do you have?

I want someone to have at least one year.

And then you can choose any of these and then these are the screening questions which are going to appear in the form and you can type any of yours.

For example if you want candidates LinkedIn URL then required.

Then if you want your GitHub as well and then it's required and choose next and then comes the custom questions during the interview if you want any question to be asked from all the candidates you can type the custom questions here.

Indexing so our AI interviewer is going to ask this question from all the candidates and you can type an expected answer as well.

if the candidate answer doesn't match with the unexpected answer then the scoring is going to be very low as that is not the answer that you were expecting.

And you can add how many ever questions you want and then create a job.

This is how simple and easy to create a job.

then we have a job with the private listing and a public listing private listing as all the candidates are going to fill the form and then you have to choose to which all candidate you want the screening link to be sent.

So you can choose as a private listing or if you want if the candidate is passing the screening questions they should be interviewed for the screening.

You can create a public listing and share the link.

I'll just copy the link.

And once the candidate is going to open the link, this is how it's going to look like.

And once the candidate is going to submit the form, as all the answers were correct based upon what we selected, it's going to say, are you ready for the screening route?

And then join after clicking on Join meeting it redirected me to the Google Meet page and you can see interview board is already there so I'm going to just join in.

Yeah, recently I was working with someone AI where I was responsible for creating the APIs.

And yeah the interview lasted for approximately 10 minutes and after that you can see yeah the total interviews and completed so this is the final verdict I got accepted.

This was my interview score.

I can see all the interview feedback like what all strengths I have.

this is the custom question that I did and this is what the candidate responded.

Was there any cheating second person involved in that interview other than the candidate.

If the candidate got accepted, what was the reason it got accepted and some other details like as we asked for the resume then what are the strengths, the red flags, the risk and gap, the follow up recommendations for the notes and it scanned the complete portfolio as well.

and gave score like I mentioned some of the project there and there was no live link so it detected that as well.

And what's verified in the portfolio, what's missing and some of the red flags.
