Creating an Invoice with BUFI

In this video we're going to take a look at how to create and send our first invoice.

And we're also going to pay that very invoice as if we were the workspace that is receiving it as our customer.

So we'll just select our invoicing module here.

And if we click here or here we can start creating this invoice.

First we'll upload an image.

I'll just put this boof image right here.

I'll give this a title, I'll give this an issue date and due date, the name of who is sending this, a given phone number a submitter's email address.

Now we're going to fill this area right here which are the customer details and can already have customers that we have saved from past and just add them.

But in this case we're going to create it from scratch.

I'm gonna add myself with another email actually just to test this out and I can always add additional details right here.

Now we'll add the items that we're charging them and the currency that we want this to be done in either crypto or fiat.

Of course I always prefer usdc and let's do one.

One item and I can always add more or delete them or even dragging them or reorganizing I can custom tags and even a note and attachments if I am adding receipts or something that I want people to see before paying.

So that's it.

We will now send this invoice over to this other email with our QR code generated for it and the invoice has been sent.

I can then send them via WhatsApp, Telegram or copy this link and send it directly or download it.

In the end we're already notifying them via email and that's how the whole bufy experience begins.

All right, here we just received this new invoice and we'll go ahead and pay it.

Our users will be prompted to sign in with Google.

This makes everything so much easier in terms of wallets and so on.

So they'll go ahead sign in with their email as their customer.

And now the whole boofy login takes into account if you have an account or not.

In this case this email already has workspaces available so it's taking me directly to MFA because I have this security measure enabled now after a successful login I am taken to the invoice page where I can review what has been submitted.

Now this account already has Bufy Connect, which is basically the workspace account.

So I can select which of these workspaces I would like to pay with.

Currently in hello, I have $2 of USDC as balance, but you could also connect external wallets such as your MetaMask.

Even your own Google account you can create here.

so you don't have to actually pay with WufiConnect.

For example here WalletConnect will let you connect.

In any case, I'm going to go ahead and pay for this invoice using my available workspace.

click Accept and Pay and Asset Processes.

We can see that the payment has been successful and the money has been received in my account for 1usdc as the sender of this invoice.

can always toggle back and forth between these two and the invoices themselves are quite professional in terms of how they look.

So for example, if we take a look at this invoice from my other account which sent it, you'll see that it's already intimidated as well as I was saying All right, thank you so much.
