Especially during Q4, they become the most powerful trust signal there is.

So as you all might know, paid traffic goes up, therefore skepticism increases.

And that's why trust is the only thing that justifies your price.

So that's why it's really important to have verified reviews eventually reduce the refund request and therefore also the disputes.

and also as a dropshipper, they're an important trust signal, especially with the long shipping that you have and then the last one.

It's also a very easy way to increase your conversion ratio without having to spend any additional money on ads simply by implementing this email marketing automation.

so in the end, your email marketing decides if someone trusts you or not.

So make sure it counts.

So what do I mean with that?

Let's say someone bought from your store and and they see actually an email that doesn't look good.

Or let's say they or they receive like a shipping confirmation.

And also this one looks a bit sketchy, then the customer eventually doesn't trust it.

They will open up a dispute and therefore your chance on blocks and holds will actually be increased.

You can even include a small discount in there to eventually win back the customer.

So what should you do?

Just automate it.

So make sure to just create a very simple revo request flow.

So here's what you should do.

You you can simply recreate the email on the right side.

so when should you send it?

So let's say your shipping will take around like five to 10 days.

Then you should send it on like the 15th or 16th day and then as followed.

So one star until the third star.

Then you will be redirected to the customer service and star four and five will be redirected to the real trustpilot page.

Therefore you're filtering out the people that want to leave a bad review you're only sending the happy customers to the trustpilot page, which of course what we want.
