## What you can do, by subscription state

Tella is a paid product — there is no forever-free plan. Here's exactly what works in each state:

The [free trial](/help/billing/how-the-free-trial-works) gives full Pro access for 7 days from account creation. When a trial or subscription ends, your videos stay safe and shareable — you just can't record, edit, or export until you [subscribe](/help/billing/subscribe-to-a-plan).
