# Is Tella SOC 2 compliant?

> Yes. Tella is SOC 2 Type II compliant on every plan, audited by Prescient Assurance. Enterprise customers can get the report under NDA.

Yes. Tella is SOC 2 Type II compliant on every plan. Prescient Assurance, an independent auditor, tested our security controls over a three-month observation period (June 4 to September 4, 2026) and issued our report.

## What does SOC 2 Type II cover?

A SOC 2 Type I report checks that controls exist on a single day. A Type II report checks that those controls actually ran over a period of months. Tella is audited again every year to keep the report current, and our controls are monitored continuously between audits.

## How do I get Tella's SOC 2 report?

The SOC 2 Type II report is available to Enterprise customers under NDA:

1. Sign our NDA at [links.tella.com/soc2-nda](https://links.tella.com/soc2-nda).
2. Request the report in the [Tella Trust Center](https://trust.tella.com).

You can also find both links in the app under **Settings → Security → Compliance**.

## Where can I find Tella's security documentation?

The [Tella Trust Center](https://trust.tella.com) covers our security practices, compliance, and data protection, and is where Enterprise customers request the SOC 2 report.

## Does Tella have a data processing agreement (DPA)?

Yes. Our standard [data processing agreement](https://www.tella.com/legal/data-processing-agreement) covers how Tella processes personal data on your behalf, including under GDPR.
