# Invite a new member to your Tella workspace

Adding new members to your workspace is simple, but before you get started, there are a few important details to keep in mind.

### Billing notice

Each new team member you invite will incur an **additional charge** at the same rate as your current Tella plan.

For example:

* If you're on **Tella Pro at \$13/month billed annually (\$156/year)**, each added member will also cost \$13/month billed annually.
* Your **card on file will be charged automatically** when the invited user accepts their invite.

### Steps to add a team member

1. **Log in** to your Tella account.

2. Click on your **workspace name** in the top navigation bar.

3. Select **Add and Manage Members** from the dropdown menu.

4. You'll now see:
   * Current members
   * Any pending invitations

### Inviting a new team member

1. Click **Invite**.

2. Enter the **email address** of the person you want to invite.
   * To invite **multiple people**, separate the emails with commas.
     * Example: `johnny@tella.com, michiel@tella.com`

3. Choose the **role** for each invitee:
   * **Member**: Can create, edit, and share videos.
   * **Owner**: Can manage billing and users.

4. Click **Invite**.

The email(s) will appear under the **Invites** section with a status of **Pending**. You can also **revoke** any invite at any time.

### What the invitee will see

The invited user will receive an email that looks like this:

> "You've been invited to join \[Your Name]'s workspace on Tella."

Once they click **Open Tella** and set up their account, they'll be added to your workspace, and billing will be processed automatically.
